This system provides a fast, simple, and affordable method to detect the target pathogen, White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV), by amplification of a target sequence at isothermal conditions for 1 hour. All materials used to develop the diagnostic kit are locally purchased from suppliers and distributors.
